Davidoff was originally a Swiss tobacco company. Specialising in cigar-making, the brand owes its international fame to Zino Davidoff (1906-1994). In 1988, Davidoff launched the perfume Davidoff Cool Water, a fresh, aromatic men's fragrance with marine accents, which became a worldwide success and was later launched for women. Among the brand's other perfumes are Silver Shadow and Adventure.
