The mere act of placing an order with Brand Avenue SA, located at Route de Thonon, 1222 Vesenaz (GE), registered in the commercial register of Geneva under IDE number CHE-102.025.230, publisher of the website www.1000parfums.ch, and accepting a delivery, implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC). Brand Avenue SA reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The original language of these GTC is French. In case of divergence between the French text and its German, English, or Italian translation, only the French text shall prevail.

The delivery region is limited to the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The order is sent to the delivery address indicated when the basket is validated.

The descriptions of the articles offered for sale and the photographs illustrating them are given for informational purposes only and are not binding on Brand Avenue SA. The information on the articles is as complete as possible and true to reality. The prices displayed are only valid at the time of the current visit. Any modification, especially a price increase, is reserved without prior notice. All articles are offered subject to availability. We will immediately inform the customer by email if a ordered article is not available.

Prices are net, in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT at the current rates, excluding shipping and packaging costs. The prices stated on the confirmation are authoritative, even in the event of an increase between the order date and the delivery date.

All orders are considered firm and final. The sale is concluded as soon as the customer's cart has been validated and a sales confirmation has been sent to them by email. The sales confirmation should be kept and serves as an invoice. Orders placed by telephone, fax, or email are deemed valid upon receipt of an email confirmation. Upon receipt of confirmation, the customer can no longer modify or cancel their order. Brand Avenue SA reserves the right to refuse an order without having to provide a reason.

Payment is due upon order. Customers can choose from the following payment methods:

PostFinance (PostCard, E-Finance): redirection to the secure PostFinance E-Payment area.
Visa and Mastercard credit cards: redirection to the secure PostFinance E-Payment area.
Twint, the Swiss payment application.
PayPal: redirection to the secure PayPal area.
QR-bill and e-banking: the payment deadline is 7 business days after receipt of the order confirmation. After this period, Brand Avenue SA reserves the right to cancel the order. The invoice accompanied by the QR-bill is sent by mail within 72 hours.

Products are shipped only after payment is received.

The 3-D Secure standard is used for credit card payments over the Internet. When making a purchase, the cardholder authenticates directly with the secure payment platform, using a code known only to them. No payment data is stored on the www.1000parfums.ch website.

Unless special conditions are specified when validating the order, the delivery time is generally 2 working days after receipt of payment for the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 12:00 PM are shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM are processed and shipped on Monday. In the event of a delay, Brand Avenue SA undertakes to inform the customer. A delay due to a stockout does not allow the cancellation of the order, except in the event of a definitive discontinuation of production for the item.

Goods travel under the customer's responsibility. The customer may, if they wish, subscribe to additional services (insurance or hand delivery) when placing the order, which will be processed manually and invoiced. It is the customer's responsibility to make the usual reservations with the Post Office in case of a damaged package and to inform Brand Avenue SA within 48 hours by email at info@1000parfums.ch.

The customer must notify Brand Avenue SA before any return. Goods delivered that do not conform to the order, or were ordered by mistake, must be returned immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Brand Avenue SA will proceed with the replacement. After this period, no returns will be accepted. The goods must be returned undamaged, unopened, in their original packaging and per packaging unit. The customer can request a free return from Brand Avenue SA. In case of non-return, the goods are considered accepted and invoiced.

In accordance with Article 10, the same rules apply.

Brand Avenue SA offers no warranty on items sold on 1000parfums.ch.

If the merchandise has a defect, Brand Avenue SA guarantees its immediate replacement within the limits of available stock. Any complaint must be sent within 7 working days of receipt, by email to info@1000parfums.ch. Merchandise that cannot be replaced will be refunded at the price paid, by credit to the customer's card or account.

After 7 days, if the parcel has not been collected, it will be returned to the sender by Swiss Post without further notice. This return is considered a new shipment at the customer's expense and will be charged at a flat rate of CHF 17.-, corresponding to the postal return and redelivery fees. The parcel will only be redelivered after full payment of the postal fees.

Swiss Post provides customers with information on the deposit, sorting, and delivery stages. Simply enter the barcode number provided when the shipment is announced by email.

The Swiss Code of Obligations applies to all cases not governed by these GTC.

Brand Avenue SA is committed to complying with the Federal Data Protection Act. Personal data provided by the customer is treated confidentially and used solely for the smooth processing of the transaction. Brand Avenue SA keeps the customer informed of news, promotions, and services. Brand Avenue SA does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties and does not disclose any personal information without the customer's express consent. The customer has the right to modify, correct, and delete the data provided by contacting customer service. Detailed terms and conditions can be found in the Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these GTC should be found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby.

The legal forum is in Geneva, Switzerland, before the Court of First Instance. Swiss law is applicable to the relations between the parties.
