1802 Le Chatelard
Since 1802, it is in Drôme Provençale, in Saint-Auban-sur-Ouvèze (France), that the Montaud-Borel family has harvested lavender. This work, intimately linked to the family history, has been passed down from father to son. More than a job, it is a passion that they are proud to carry on. The family farm, Le Chatelard, was born in 1802, named after the district where their ancestors built it. It still exists today. The family house is the heart, the foundation and the origin of what LE CHATELARD 1802 is today. It is this house that gives the company its name and explains its purpose.
